Layaway

We offer a 30-day layaway program for items over $500.

• The program consists of two payments to be made within a 30-day period.

• The initial payment is nonrefundable. 

• If the buyer fails to make the second payment within the 30-day time period, then he/she forfeits the right to purchase the item. 

• All layaway orders are final sale.

SHIPPING

USPS Shipping

We offer shipping within the continental U.S., with tracking and signature confirmation, at a flat fee of $15. Packages usually arrive between 3 and 5 business days after shipping.

USPS International Priority Shipping 

We offer international shipping, which includes insurance, for a fee of $35 to most countries, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

• Our international packages usually arrive between 7 and 10 business days after shipping.

RETURNS

We strive to present you with the most beautiful jewelry, but, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of arrival for a full refund, less the original postage cost.

• Item must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Any and all alterations or damage are the full responsibility of the purchaser and are not eligible for a refund or return.

• Any lost return packages are the sole responsibility of the customer. To ensure your package arrives safety, please insure for full value.
